I love adding new decorating elements and accessories to my home, and with the change in seasons, there are plenty of fun shopping options to pull in the season’s colors. One of the quickest ways to add fresh autumn colors this weekend is to decorate your front entrance.
5 Fall decorating ideas for inspiration:
- Use cornstalks, pumpkins, and chrysanthemums to adorn your lamp post or front door.
- If you have no space around the entrance of your home, use a colorful wreath such as this one with real flowers, fruits, or vegetables of the season. Learn how you can make a wreath using real or dried items.
- Dress up your old summer containers! Pull out the dead plants, add dried elements to create the height you want, and add colorful gourds and pumpkins.
- Add fall kale, colorful peppers, pumpkins, and gourds to achieve the color and height you want to see at your entrance.
- Use hay bales to create height at your entrance, and add various colored mums of different sizes for interest.
Have fun this weekend decorating your home’s entrance! If you need help with a fresh look in your home this fall, call 610-955-8202 or email for a consultation before the crazy holiday season begins.
