Classic Blue Pantone 19-4052! Are you surprised? I will have to admit that I’m not, it’s a tried-and-true color one that has been in our decorating psyche over the years. As Leatrice Eiseman, the Executive Director of the Pantone Color Institute states, it is “a solid and dependable blue hue we can always rely on.” What I like about this color is that it is a fantastic choice to brighten up a room with old furniture, especially if you have an all brown living room, dining area, or bedroom. Classic Blue works well with whites, linen, grays, and citrus colors like yellow and bright green. If you have been looking for a way to add a pop of color to your home, and you are uncertain what color that should be, try Classic Blue!
Ways you can use Classic Blue in your home:
- Add chairs or a throw rug.
- Add a pop of color in a white kitchen with a blue island.
- Go all-in with wall paint.
- Pair bright yellow with this color for a lovely combination.
- Classic blue goes well with gray and silver.
