Welcome to October and this beautiful Fall Season!  Being from New England, I love the changing of the leaves and all the vibrant colors that surround us.  As we embrace Fall and start to think about the holiday season, guests and entertaining do any of these statements resonate with you?

    • I have relatives coming soon I have to get this house pulled together!
    • I can’t stand my guest room.  It has become the dumping ground of all things that we want to keep and don’t know what to do with, I have to get it organized!
    • My paint is over 10 years old, I’ve got to do something but I don’t know what and I can’t choose a color, I have no idea where to start.
    • I have some beautiful things from my grandparents, sitting in storage, and I would really like to incorporate the items into my living space but I don’t know how.

If you find yourself thinking about any one of these topics I have the solution for you!  A redesign!  Now you might be asking yourself, “What is a redesign?”  Let me explain …

    What is a redesign?

First, we would schedule a one-to-one consultation.  This is where I meet you and your home. During this time, we would go over some of the challenges within your home.  After learning about your lifestyle, tastes, hopes and dreams; I would find out how you use your space and how you would like to use it.  Working within your budget and time frame and using what you own, I can help establish a strong foundation that flows with the proper accessories that create pop and excitement.  By integrating your treasured items into the décor, I can help preserve individuality and reflect your personality.  By keeping within your budget, using what you already own and love, I can transform a space from one that is dull and uninteresting to an area that you will fall in love with again all in one day!

What’s involved in a Paint Color Consultation?

As part of the initial consultation if you wish to decide on a paint color, I can help you imagine and create the perfect paint palette for your entire home using over 8,000 paint swatches, which I will help you narrow down to two or three samples to choose from.  The color of the paint in a room has a powerful and direct physical effect on people.  Many people are color sensitive and do not realize the impact color has on them.  Often times choosing a paint color is not about matching the color to a sofa but how a color makes you feel.  Choosing color for a home is one of the most crucial decorating decisions you will make, it can determine whether you will feel comfortable or uncomfortable in your home.

If you would like to transform your space into a home that you love again before the relatives come, call 610.955.8202 to schedule an appointment with Debbie!
